Does anyone here workout / go to the gym?

If so, id like to give some good advice.

in order to see progression you need to make sure you count macros, or atleast make sure youre eating the right amount of macros per day in order to gain / lose weight / muscle.

make sure youre consistently working out a few times a week maybe each much group in conjuction 2 times a week so a full body split
chest/triceps/shoulders
back/biceps/traps/neck
legs/abs

2 times a week 1 rest day.

drink a good amount of water and consider taking supplements like magnesium zinc boron, always make sure youre eating enough protein

This is some really good advice. When I started I wasn’t even thinking about any of the small details but they make the most difference in the long haul.
