Headphone open back vs closed back.

What do you think is better for music and in gaming with Dolby Atmos?

For someone who dont know, Headphone with close back is one on the left, and open back is one on the right:

Close back have better bass and u dont hear surroundings, but your ears are sweating.
Open back have more natural voice and your ears are not sweating, but sound is not "deep" and you hear surroundings, someone thinks that is ok for dolby atmos [better technology then sound 7.1], but dont know...

What do you think?

I'd say close back. Nothing is better than really good sound!

Have had a pair of AudioTechnica through an amp for the past few years, closed has by far been a better experience for me.

Not sure why the other guy said closed backs have better sound. But in general open backs have a larger soundstage (how far things seemingly sound), you'll generally notice large changes in soundstage going from in-ears > earbuds > closed backs > open backs (smallest to largest soundstage). The biggest use cases for closed backs is not allowing sound leakage as well as isolation from outside noise.
