Check out Streets of Rogue. I'm not a rogue-like person but it's pretty fun, 10x more if it's with friends. Factorio is a great way to waste some time too.

Check out Papers, please. You play as an immigration officer who checks passports and documents as people try to cross the border. The Government changes the rules from time to time, so you need to keep up with those changes and occasionally, you will be thrown into moral dilemmas.
