After S9, felt ranks didn't mean much. Rito inflated all the ranks to make people feel inclusive and make room for their new tier. Getting diamond feels exactly the same as plat/gold games sometimes.

I do play league, I am a top laner and currently hit P4 last season which was my peak and I am trying to get Diamond this season.

I mostly play aram because it's less stressful and you don't have to focus as much.
