Anyone here into meditation?

I've picked this up during COVID, for sanity sake, and I must say it has made a difference to me. I'm still a beginner, and still follow a lot of guided meditations, and feel really good afterwards. Some sessions I still have a very busy mind, I want to try work towards having longer, quieter sessions, and eventually without any guidance.

Anyone pick up mediation lately? How are you going with it? For those more experienced, any tips of me or other beginners?
