Am I going crazy or is black friday not as good this year. I swear in previous years things have gotten cheaper but all the memes about raising prices before black friday 2020 are honestly true.

I mean to be fair, the economy in the United States, at least, dropped hella. So im guessing prices are higher this year when compared to other years just because COVID has really made budget's tight for businesses

I play a lot of videogames and yeah, some of the sales are meh at best. Switch eshop has decent ones though

This is my first Black Friday (just got my first job), and I managed to get a Switch + game for €320. Generally a Switch by itself goes for that price here, so I think it was a pretty good deal. But I haven't seen any crazy deals.

They usually do that, the previous weeks they rise the price by a percent and, when the time arrives, they say "Ey it's the cheapest time now" but it's not... 

There are some websites that helps you to track prices from some products but, from my point of view this year has been rough for everyone  so I understand the "scammy" prices

Yeah not great.. looking at an online PC retailer offering 25 bucks off laptops and desktops which cost at least hundreds, if not 1000+
Not really had a look around Amazon but would love for someone to prove me wrong.

Businesses have reduced capacity limits, meaning they can't cram in customers, meaning they can't offer "door buster deals." The black friday logic never made any sense anyways, and they've been expanding the sales into Thursday and Saturday for years.
