Yea your computer should be able to run it just fine. I've seen worse specs, and Cyberpunk ran okay.

You should be able to run it, i have a 3600 and a 1660 super and I’m looking forward to at least 1080p60 on medium settings

If ur looking for med settings 1080p u should be looking at around 50-60fps

Yeah i ran if alright on my 4770k and GTX 780, wasn't perfect but ran on low settings so you should be fine.
