I find Japan very strange. They require censorship of porn, but don't ban uncensored porn. It is illegal to prostitute vaginal intercourse, but not anal or oral. Sex and promiscuity is somewhat taboo, but there's love hotels all over tokyo and sex shop sections in malls. And so on and so forth

They restrict they own porn video productions, and cannot enforce the rules on others. They don't block access to seeing what you want, like PHub.
