Sardine omelet. When I was little there were very small sardines on sale (now illegal) with 2 ou 3 cm (1 inch), it was delicious.

"Egg in a basket", literally just a piece of bread with a hole cut in the middle in a pan with some butter and an egg cracked in the hole.
