Cristiano Ronaldo's rendezvous on the field against Lionel Messi will have to be postponed as the Juventus forward has tested positive for coronavirus again and will miss the game against Barcelona at the Allianz Stadium on Wednesday.
On Tuesday afternoon, Andrea Pirlo announced that the club awaited the results to see if the Portuguese could be eligible for the Champions League duel. At 20:30 CET it was made known that the PCR tests came out positive again.
Ronaldo first tested positive back on October 13 after having joined Portugal for the international break. He self-isolated hoping to overcome COVID-19 in ten days but hasn't managed to do so.
In recent days, Ronaldo has published several images on his social networks where he was seen in his pool or in his personal gym riding his bicycle.
