Declining an offer politely
#1
I received multiple offers from companies. I like them all and would love to reconsider them at some point in my career. Interestingly enough, every recruiter from these companies ask me where I'm going to, and why I declined their company. Curious if I should disclose where I'm heading to, and the reason I rejected them?

It depends on the reason why you're declining them. If the answer is money, and only money, tell them that. If it is something more intangible (vibes, specific tools you'd use at work, team you'd be on), you can talk through that as well, but be more vague about it.
