8 years later they will start filming a new season. There are rumors it will be broadcasted in autumn 2021. Hopefully covid will not cause delays!

I loved that show, but I do think it dragged on for too long. It will be interesting to see what they do for this comeback season. I hope it's good.

Are they going to retcon the last season in the new one? I can't remember much of it but I remember being really dissatisfied how it all went down.

The last season was just...bad in my opinion, but i hope they dont just ignore it and actually try to write themselves out if it. Dexter in Argentina would be great.

For me the show went downhill a lot after the trinity arc. Especially the ending was really disappointing and I am not entirely sure if I want a new season.
The first 4 seasons were great and if they manage to get something similar I'm all in. Just a little scared they fuck up again :/
