Hopefully things work out but for us members would anything happen to us like information out cause of the ddos

No a DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack is basically just malicious actors using (a bunch of) infected computers as bots to overwhelm the server.

This leads to not enough resources for regular users. All it does it slow down the server which is still pretty bad. Unfortunately just adding more resources fixes nothing as the bots quickly use them up too.

So for long term whats the plan? Are we on boarding to any DDos protection platforms in near future? Or a custom bot check on our side?

I have had the dev make some changes to the server and we have purchased DDOS Protection.

Unfortunately CloudFlare is unable to protect us from this type of attack
