Being at home more frequently means I find myself cooking more and experimenting with recipies. What are your go to meals? How do you make em?

I like rice. It's extremely versatile and can be made into so many things, and included in so many different meals.

Tomato Basil Pasta - Australian guy "Nat's what I rekon" has a super easy and fresh recipe, takes time to let the sauce simmer, but it's worth the wait

Also a garlic chili pasta w/ broccoli. Italian friend taught it to me. Said this is how you feed a family of 7 in Italy for pennies. It's super easy, really good and I've yet to serve it to someone and have them not like it.
