Fake moaning/screaming is hella annoying but you basically can't escape from it. It's gotten bad enough that some of the supposed "amateur" studios like FTVGirls or CastingCouch feature girls who fake-moan as well. I'm guessing that they think that's what they're supposed to sound like, cos all the porn they watch sounds like that.

These days I listen more for how their breathing changes rather than the screams.
