Erase a film series: Star Wars or Marvel Cinematic Universe
#1
Tough decision here for us dorks. You have to erase a film series from existence - which do you choose: Star Wars and its movies, shows, books, and comics OR Marvel and its movies, shows, books, and comics.

If pressed, I'm erasing Marvel. I shouldn't, because there's more in Marvel than there is in Star Wars. But I'm going with my gut. Which would you choose and why?

Rather erase Star Wars

#3
Why? Not saying you're right or wrong, but i'm wondering what helped make up your mind.

#4
Star wars is better

#5
I'll admit that Star Wars has had more of a long term presence, and if the quality of the sequel trilogy would have been better (even with how the prequels were) I might have picked Marvel to get rid of. The way things currently are though, I think I would keep Marvel and get rid of Star Wars.

#6
I’d lose Star Wars. I didn’t really like any of the main trilogies. But the mandolorian is great.

#7
Sorry Star Wars, I'm an MCU guy.

#8
Marvel without a doubt

#9
MCU was a mistake. Dump it!

#10
Hands down I'd erase Marvel without a second thought

#11
The MCU probably wouldn't exist had Star Wars not existed. Star Wars has far cooler characters, more imaginative worlds, better music, better sound effects, more interesting visual effects, and a far more grounded and satisfying story. The original series tells its story earnestly with love.

MCU has not a shred of love put into it, it's pure commerce. Its humor constantly undermines itself and it exists to be self-referential.

Star Wars is pure. I'd keep Star Wars and ditch MCU.

I cant live without Marvel
I do like Star Wars but it will have to go
