I recently started buying house plants from Etsy, which I was initially skeptical about. But they arrived in good condition. I guess it just depends on the seller.

etsy has some great stuff. think of it like an easier to browse yardsale, that has handmade things included.

I use etsy for buying unique gifts for people without even having to get off my own ass.

i personally buy 3d-printed stuff for some side projects I do - because 3d printers are super expensive
