Does anyone here have any unusual investments? Unusual in the sense that it is not in the stock market, any type of savings account, or in properties?
Last year, I was offered 1/20th of a race horse which sounded kind of cool, but I ultimately chickened out because other would-be investors started pulling out and I know nothing about race horses. I do like the idea of some day maybe investing in something more unusual.

You can try angel investing on places like equityzen.

Invest in local businesses like a bar with your friends or a coffee shop.

Honestly, find a few college towns and buy a bar/club. It's a goldmine.
