I'd go with Kira Buckland, I already loved her in Nier Automata as 2B, but she really shined in Persona 5 Strikers
Erika Harlacher is also one of my favorites, voicing Ann Takamaki in Persona 5 and Kyoko Kirigiri in Danganronpa

I love Kira too! She's great. Some of my favourite voice actors are Kana Hanazawa, Maya Sakamoto and Miyuki Sawashiro. As for English VAs i like Michelle Ruff who voiced Yukari in Persona 3 and Kawakami in Persona 5, Troy Baker and Erica Lindbeck

Austin Tindle. He was a newer anime VA but his voice is so like, casual and good, not all stupid and exaggerated like the old school anime VA's. He's the voice for Karma in AC and The Pervert in Ben-to (can't remember the actual character name lmao)
