Dark is a really cool german show on Netflix with 3 seasons and a complete arc

Seconded DARK , its a great series , other foreign shows are The Invisible Guest (2016) and Bron/Broen (2011)

if you want to learn German, you may want to check out "Charite" on Netflix. It's a series about a famous hospital in Berlin and covers it's history.
