Fitness Tips for Beginners?

Hey everyone. I'm new here and also new into fitness. I would like to know and ask since I saw with some fitness influencers that they can eat anything (even fast food) without getting fat as long as it is within the calorie intake that they need for the day. Any tips on what fast food chains offer high protein meals that can help me bulk a bit? 

Btw Popeye's got really good chicken.

Try to do more cardio when eating fast foods since fast foods contain a lots of calories
