Metro redux and last light are top tier story games. If you want to spend an extra 5 you could get Witcher 3 GOTY for 15 usd but I think everyone own's that game. Other games that I see once in a while on sale on steam are Sunset Overdrive, Prototype(1 and 2), and mad max.  Granted all these games are mainly focused on story.

Wouldn´t necessarily call these games very good but i got NBA2K20 and Mass Effect Andromeda both for 5 euro´s on the Playstation store.
