1. Everything written below is WHAT I ALLEGEDLY DID. NOT ACTUAL.
Had legal porn in google drive. Google said any type of porn is not allowed in their drive.
2. They reported me. I didn't have a vpn at the time 4 years ago.
3. After the report in 2021 they raided me randomly at 6:30am in 2023 , April. My phone was 7 days old. The raid was based on "search history". They had no actual evidence against me. I was caught because I was exporting everything in google drive to an external drive. This flagged the system. Never shared anything in or out of the drive.
4. It's  now February of 2025 and almost March. They came to my door in normal clothing saying they finished forensics they are sticking with initial allegations of possession of csam and uploading.
5. I remotely factory reset the phone, the laptop was clean, hard drive, sd and thumb drives were clean. Idk if factory reset was successful. Shouldn't have given them my password.

I re.embered telegram automatically downloads to device. It also downloads data in hidden folders in your /data file which u can access if ur a cop or using certain apps or a computer.

6. I was at work when he came to my house. My sister called me and gave me the number to call the state trooper. Fuck. Just when I get my entire fucking life together and am paying off a DWAI and moving fowards in my life to make tons of money these assholes pull shit bullshit.

I thought they would call or come in person to tell me that they weren't returning my devices, but they completed the search and dismissed the case.

The phone they took was only 7 DAYS OLD!!.... most porn on it was candid photography from other legal sites.

I've been using a vpn steadily now.

They literally waited when I got all my shit together..... in the past two years i settled legal issues and everything(no arrest besides a dwai which is a concealed  case after 6 months).

Like the timing is just ass fuck. Same with when they raided me.

7. Always use a vpn and never trust online storage .

8. This is so fucked up. Idk what I'm dealing with. I never set out to see anything underage. Like I have no idea unless I get a lawyer. This fucking sucks.

I never thought a thing like this would ever happen to me. I don't see it as seious because I personally am not into that shit. My heart sunk when he told.me they need me to come in to get processed and they will issue me an appearance ticket..
