How do you stay organized and motivated now?

Kind of an odd question. Basically still being quarantined for the most part, it's easy to fall into a routine of laziness. How do you avoid that, do you have a schedule or plan of what you want to accomplish each day, week, etc.?

Set timers and under no circumstances allow yourself to skip them.

Starts hard but then gets easy. Gotta start somewhere
