I'm considering joining a gym for the first time, but I'm gonna feel lost. I don't want to hire a personal trainer, but I would just like to have a routine on what to do everyday at the gym.
I suggest working out for weeks in your home first so you can be comfortable in what you will actually be doing in the gym. I also suggest that try to look some friends who can go with you! Working out with companions makes the whole process enjoyable and worthwhile. Not only are you doing efforts to improve your health, you're also bonding with the said friends.
