So this is a strange ask, but i am curious about hypnosis and the like. However im reading most of it needs to be done in person, does anyone have experience or knowledge on induction techniques, deepeners, fractionations, triggers, and the like that can be done and communicated through text only?

Nope. The vict- erm, target, has to pay much more attention to the perpetrator than a text will allow. People see a text, reply, then ignore it. Hypnosis requires a lack of ignoring.
