Project Gutenberg has many classic works available to read for free. Always a good resource.

Pretty much every novel has a pdf available on google.
My recommendation is lord of the rings, harry Potter for fantasy genre.
Murukami has very good novels but not everyone can understand the depth of it. Very intresting to read imo
