Hello, I am new here and I thought that most of you guys have a lot of idea in terms of building a tower(I've been seeing terms like that this which refers to "PC"). 
So, I would like to ask some ideas. In terms of my budget, $1000-$1500.

For the CPU check out the new Ryzen 5000 lineup from AMD, especially the 5600x (6 cores, 12 threads) should be the best bang for your buck. It's compatible with both X570 and B550 motherboards, so your choice is pretty broad, just stick to the most well known brands (Asus, MSI, GIgabyte, ASRock, etc.) and you should be fine. The GPU market is a bit of a mess now with the release of the Nvidia 3000 series, which is available in small quantities and it's basically impossible to find. I guess the RTX 3070 is gonna be a pretty popular choice for gaming. You got plenty of options regarding case, cooling, RAM and power supply (don't cheap out on this one). Also, check out pcpartpicker to create your own configuration and check any incompatibilities between the various components.
