I've always been interested but i have zero idea on how to or on what language to start. Any tips?

A lot of people suggest to use sites like FreeCodeCamp.org
I guess it's not a bad place to start, personally I found a lot of success with courses on Udemy, I found them to be a lot higher quality and I guess because I paid for them, it motivated me to actually complete them.

What sort of coding do you want to get into?

I think that learning the basics with Videos is nice.
To really learn programming, you should practise and work on bigger projects. There are a lot of resources that offer example projects from easy to hard

This video is a good place to start imo. It's like the very basics of C++
