I found out this cool metod few days ago and I would like to share it here.If it works don't forget to +rep me.
How to idle games from phone:
1.Download Idle daddy from AppStore
2.Sign into your steam account
3.Chose what game you would like to idle
4.Modify settings as you would like
(You don't even have to.)
5.Sit back and enjoy free hours of steam games.
Idle daddy is free and open source project so you can check it out if you want to.
