With Bleach's Thousand Year War Arc finally getting animated in the coming months, will Bleach come back as one of the Big Three? Back in the day, Bleach, Naruto and One Piece completely dominated shounen anime and manga throughout their lifetimes in the 2000s and 2010s. Bleach however, had its anime by Sunrise Studio end in 2012, and also had a controversially received final arc in the manga. Is there still enough hype to see some of those glory days again?

The landscape of anime distribution is so different now that I'm not sure any shounen can do what Naruto and Bleach did during their original runs. That, compounded with the Bleach anime being gone for so long, and the negative reception to its conclusion, I'm not confident it'll be able to pull the kind of numbers it once had.

They will get all the viewers that used to watch it from the nostalgia. And, if they do it well, get some new viewer from all the advertisement.

I honestly forget a continuation is coming sometimes but when I get reminded I am hype, I used to love Bleach when I was a teen lol
