so I play Apex pretty irregularly but it’s the go to game when I get time. Would you say it’s worth the money for the battle pass?

I think its worth it only if you can finish it. If you can finish the battle pass before the end date, the battle pass gives you enough apex coins to get the next battle pass. So technically as long as you finish one battle pass, you won't ever have to pay for another battle pass again. If you are worried about not finishing it, you can always purchase it at the end of the season. You can still work through the battle pass without actually getting it.

It is not that hard to progress the battlepass. Just do the daily and weekly challenges and purchase it at the end of the season to be safe.
