Looks like most people are saying 20+ from their own experience. This is a really helpful post since I’m new. The tip about the 20 credits max per day is a good one that I’ll have to try out.

Use 10 credits in a publication and tell me that I have a low contribution (I have less than 535) ...
Exactly what do I have to do to see the publication, in which I use 10 credits
