This is some old news but I'm still quite curious what do you guys think about this and the finished world championship match between Ding Liren and Ian Nepomniatchi. Also curious to see if there are any other chess players here

Tbh I understand his choice. Doing the championship and dominating for so long - he has no more to win. Anyhow its so much preparement, and when not motivated, thats devistating. To me speed Chess is so much more exiting so I really dont mind
