Just look for smthing on lover's lab and I'm sure you'll find a few favorites.

I downloaded a lot of mods for that game. Static Mesh, 4K textures, dynamic weather systems, updates to the lighting, etc.
But my favorite? Whenever I entered combat the game would start playing Techno Syndrome (the Mortal Kombat theme from the movies). It NEVER got old.
