I’m thinking of my next build for a computer and I know I can change to any gopui want but i was looking at nvidia’s rtx and 5000 series and based on the reviews I dont know what to think, especially the talk between amd radeon 9000 series, theres many pros and cons but what would anyone here mostly go for?

this generation amd has much better price to performance but they dont have a 5080/5090 competitor afaik.

however id go amd unless you want to dabble with ai and machine learning. cuda is far more mature than rocm at the moment. if you only want gaming and youre not serious about ai stuff go amd
