pretty subjective really, there are great fakes out there. generally natural is best though

Usually natural, but occasionally I'm in the mood for specifically fake. Eg. Rikki Sixx back in the day, Anna Bell Peaks.
Though if you want more bouncy, natural-looking "enhanced" ones, look at JAV. I heard they do some sort of fat-based enhancement (instead of silicone), which would explain why suddenly there's so many well-developed newcomers to the industry.

I've had one experience with a huge fake tits before and I almost threw up.
The only thing that saved it for me was the fact that she was a professional cocksucker.
Fake tits look strange and feel even stranger.
I have seen some that look amazing tho, but that's normally just a 1/10 chance.
Most fake boobs look....well, fake and unappealing lol.
