Been playing fallout and starfield nonstop, anything worth playing other than those? (Not looking for a crazy challenge, just some easy gaming and relaxing)
New RPG games to dive into

If you are interested in a more dystopian future setting id recommend Cyberpunk 2077. Although it had a rough launch it is one of the few games that the devs actually supported long enough to fix the issues and polish a rough game into an absolute gem.
While not as much of a character skill leveling type game, you might like Red Dead Redemption 2. The game does react to the morality of how you play, and there are choices to make to influence events and how you tackle them.
Another not so much rpg but adventure story game is Days Gone. Set in a post zombie apocalypse scenario. It has some extremely fun gameplay from stealthily moving through nests of the zombie equivalents, to trying to fight or escape hordes.
King Come Deliverance and its sequel are extremely good in depth rpg games. Although they can be a bit mechanically complex at first.
The Witcher Series is a phenomal rpg series as well.
