first thing you need is a budget, then anyone can help guide you. if you search for something like "2025 custom pc build", "2025 budget pc build" or "2025 $1000 pc build" (whatever your budget is) you'll get more videos than you will know what to do with.

Linus Tech Tips is usually has good info, even though i find him a bit much.

Whatever you do, watch like 3-5 videos and make sure that the info overlaps a bit.
