Anybody know about the PS5 downward compatibility?
I know that it's supposed to be able to play ps4 games, but is that for all the versions or just for the first gen of PS5s, as it was back with the PS4?
Rlly considering buying one, but if the future models are able to play PS4 games too, I am gonna wait. CBA having 5 different ones of these things in my room eating up space, just so I can occasionally play some of the older games :/

idk if they'll release a mid gen PS5 like they did with the PS4 Pro but if they do it should be able to run PS4 games as well

Certain types of ps4 games hich have been coded and updated to ps5 will be playable with the disk or licence you currently have, although you may need to download the game even if you have the cd. Not completely sure.
