What movie,score,actor or actress do you think was robbed of an oscar by an inferior person or film?

For me it has to be gangs of new york losing out to chicago in 2003, how chicago can be seen as the better film i really dont know.

Chicago was better paced and more consistent throughout all the acts of the story.

I cant agree that chicago was a better film than gangs of new york, however i can agree that it was a better oscar film as it had everything the oscar voters look for.

Lord of the rings the two towers should have won that year
