If you haven't tried the horror game SOMA you're honestly missing out. The game is mainly focused on phycological horror so there aren't many jump scares.

SOMA is about a guy who suffers from a brain injury after being in a car crash and couldn't find any good treatment from any of the doctors he has visited except one, this doctor has a different type of treatment, he takes a brain scan of your brain and stores it for further evaluation. Honestly i can't tell you anymore because i'll end up spoiling the game for you but you should definitely look it up and see for yourself. Trust me it'll be worth your time.
