Sending Crypto through coinpayments
#1
I was trying to upgrade to Onyx and sent coin through base not knowing which network to use. The money never transferred and I’m not sure how I should go about it again. Any help would be appreciated.

Base is a different process then regular ERC-20. While the no fees was tempting, it wasn't sent on the same protocol therefore never recognized. Unfortunately you're funds are likely unrecoverable, there's not anything you can do about it besides contact coin payments and MAYBE work it out with them but then again it would take manual work from them to go extract it from their ETH wallet. Sorry to hear about you're story, make sure to use the correct network next time...

I appreciate it I’ll try to do that, which network did you use to send payments so I can try that for the future thank you.

I use the Regular network, just "Ethereum network"

I do offer exchange/buy4you services, I could buy that subscription for you if you're feeling unsure.

what sort of exchange/buy4you do you do? how does that work? i'm interested in purchasing the upgrade membership but want some anonimity so credit card is out and i'm not familiar enough with bitcoin or crypto to go those routes. i thought about using a bitcoin atm to buy with cash but still researching the best way for that
