Anyone have any sleep paralysis stories? I only get it a few times a year, i never experienced anything paranormal or supernatural but every time i get it im aware of everything around me and i cant breathe, this usually last about 10 seconds in reality but feels like 5 minutes, scares the hell out of me. And it never happens just once, when it starts it’s almost guaranteed to happen at least 2-3 more times when i try to sleep again.

I had sleep paralysis once and since that day I can see things which I'm used to it by now, is that normal?
