Some healthy things you have started to do from last year to this year

Because of covid, I have gained a lot of free time and did not know what to do with it. After a while, I decided I should redo my sleep schedule and try to be healthier. With lockdown's being taken down, I am going to a lot of more nature preserves and have been really happy. Has anyone else being slowly been doing more healthier things? Or has anyone gained new hobbies?

Same here, lots of free time on hand. Working out at home is the main thing.

drinkng alot more water, reading and well  walking alot more, i use to only do 3-4k a day now i do 10k when i work from home  and cycle when weather permits

Drinking way more water and going to the gym

Nothing  , I have a constantly changing sleep schedule, drink a litre of coke a day, but I guess I'm enjoying life thankfully Smile
