Dunno if its the stragest one i've seen, but Kung fury is pretty strange.
Which isn't to say its bad, its really good, just kinda strange and trashy.

The Japanese film In The Realm of the Senses was really strange and hard to watch. It's a mainstream film with unsimulated sex scenes. Those sex scenes are what are really hard to watch. To the point of cringe.

i wouldn’t consider it strange but the weirdest movie i’ve ever seen is Perfect Blue by Satoshi Kon. trust me when i say that that movie was the greatest mindfuck i’ve ever experienced. although i have not watched a lot of film

i didn't like that film at all. I think M. Night is really seriously overrated as a director.

One movie that always springs to mind is Donnie Darko. What a movie it is thought loved every minute of it !!
