If you mean "deconstruction of super-hero ideals" and so forth, Watchmen is still to be beaten. If you are looking for a more classic superhero show, Flash, Supergirl, and Batwoman are still cool, although nowadays there is a lot of previous seasons before you can get up to it.

The Boys this season started a little sluggish, but they ramped the heck up out of the last two episodes. It's nice to get mad at episodes only coming out once a week again and getting pissed off at cliffhanger endings.
