You can find a lot of old PC video games by searching Google for them. If they're old enough (such as DOS games) they'll show up on abandonware. With a windows PC you can download an MS-DOS emulator called DoSBOX.
Running the program, it'll connect you to a terminal-looking screen. You have to know the filepath of where your game is stored.
Then, type mount y c:\filepath, enter, y: and then you'll be able to run the game!
