A lot of cities are already set up to be handicap accessible.   there is no reason a motorized chair cannot have an arm attached to it.  An arm that works by moving on a grid with a stepper motor.  pair a camera and allow walgreens to bill remotely through a website or something...  now you have access to pharmacies without spreading infections.
