Hello there! I wanted to ask your opinion on the FPS game Ultrakill by New Blood.
I'm not into shooters of any kind, but a friend was talking a lot about it so I decided to give it a try. Man, it was an awesome experience. I believe it's because it offers an overall different aproach to the FPS genre, focusing more on speed. Yes, it is pretty difficult, but when I first played it I got through a few levels and can only describe the experience as serotonin stimulation.
There's only 4 main weapons, but it manages to do so much more than regular shooter games with incredible and fun mechanics. The movement feels really fluid and it makes you just want to go faster. The music is sublime, and the story, although kinda hidden, is really well done.
If you played Ultrakill, I would like to hear your opinion on it, whether you think it's a good game or not. If you didn't, I highly recommend you trying it, it has a free demo on Steam if you don't feel like buying it.
